Operations intelligence can be really powerful, but what does it actually do? How do you make it? Isn’t it just analytics?
Operations intelligence is more than just a report of what happened (standard BI). It tells:
- What happened | How many assets were installed?
- The target | Did we meet it?
- Productivity ratio | How do we stand with the overall target?
- Schedule variance | How many days/weeks are we ahead/behind?
- Has weather been a factor?
- and more…
It’s just like loading an AI prompt, the more context provided, the better the decision.
When everyone is looking at the same operations intelligence context, decisions align, progress multiplies.
