Nobody cares how complicated your analysis was. They don’t understand it and they don’t want to. What does matter?
Two things. That’s it.

I have learned this over the years especially as my reporting audience has grown.
As a data practitioner the real challenge isn’t building the analysis. It is:
🔹How do I hold this complicated truth that I know the inside and out? 🔹How do I share this with my audience in a way that honors the complexity of the truth AND that they can understand, trust and act?
